almost didn't go climbing but I am glad I made myself go.
5.8+ warm up - easy
5.9 orange - easier since now I figured out the crux move
5.10- blue - good except the end
5.9 red monolith - easy
5.10+ green - good except the crux at the end, good project
5.9 red overhang - wimped out in the middle, will try again
5.11+ orange - was okay till middle, then gave up - too hard
5.10+ orange back wall - good project to work on, doable if practice

Last night's Body Combat launch was a huge success! I think I gave them really great, high-energy workout - oh how I love teaching! After the class, I resisted the little voice telling me how I was tired from teaching and should go home - and in stead stayed for another 45 minutes of chest and back. I was struggling to bench press 3 sets of 6, on just 65 lbs. And this girl in the weight room was benching, like 135 lbs!!!! WTF! No, actually, what a motivation! I have a long way to go to build my chest strength up!
I haven't had the time to prepare healthy meals and snacks for today. I only have 1 meal and 1 snack packed. Hmm...what else can I pack, so I won't get tempted to eat out for lunch today? I'd better go search my pantry one more time.

So week 2 of getting back on clean eating wagon. I didn't spend enough time cooking and preparing healthy meals and snacks yesterday so I am limited to my lunch choices at work. Preparation makes all the difference and I didn't do it, so it will be a little more challenging this week. Not to mention I am traveling every week from now on till September. Thursday I will be stuck in a dark room surrounded by all kinds of candies and other junk food - my goal is pack enough healthy snacks to survive all the temptations. Since I will be traveling Thursday, I need to work out everyday of the week to meet my challenge goals:
Mon: BodyCombat, Chest/Back
Tue: AM Cardio, Climbing
Wed: BodyCombat, Bi/Tri
Fri: Cardio and Leg/Glute
Sat: Teach BodyCombat
Sun: Cardio and BodyPump
