So I did manage to get in 3 walks.. feel pretty weak still, so it's hard to stay on point with the food but I did the best I could.

BF= 39.8% (+1.6 lbs). Aargh! Wasn't feeling well and didn't get any exercises or walking in at all this week and still have constipation but has improved a little bit. Will continue to keep at it. Feel good enough finally to take a walk today.

(-3.8 lbs) BF%= 39.3. YES! FINALLY got my BF down below the 40s LOL 😂. 2nd wk of new strategy is working great for me.. Have kept very close to my goal set for daily calories and no strong urges to binge on anything. It occurred to me that I should schedule a Freedom day. I don't have any cravings but it may change over the weeks so I will do one next week and then every 15 days as instructed previous. So happy I lost more weight this week! 😃✳️🎉

BF%= 40.4. Yay! I lost 5 lbs in 1 wk! Switched up how I'm eating per Kathy. We are doing less cals in daytime to keep from making my body work too hard and saving cals for evening when I'm tired/less willpower and tend to snack. Also, no food at least an hour before bedtime. Finally getting back on track 🙏❤️

BF% = 41.9 Just getting back off the BP rx which slowed my whole system down and plus the holidays ugh! Starting to track food again. Starting exercises again too slowly working back up to it.
