I had a cheat night last night. I camped out back with my kiddos. We had a campfire in the fire pit and made s'mores. I may or may not have had 3 or 4 of them. 😂

I had to remind myself that I was still full and didn't need to eat a snack before bed. I'm pretty sure that's what saved me from going over my daily calories.

I was supposed to be competing today. It really sucks when you've put a lot of time and effort into training and prepping only to be derailed. Maybe this Fall I'll get another chance? I ran an RPE based program for the last 32 weeks. I figured I'd try conjugate style similar to Westside this time around.
