I pulled my left hamstring at the beginning of the week. I could really feel it this morning. I even cut my warmup walk short. I took things nice and easy to make sure I can recover quickly.

I knew a small gain was inevitable. I'd made some not so good choices during my 4th of July hiatus. Back to the grind!

The excessive heat was getting to me. It's hot in the garage gym. My thermometer on the wall shows 80°. Add to that the Indiana humidity and it's uncomfortable.
