So, I'd like to say this weekend wasn't that bad...but I'd be lying. I didn't eat very frequently...but I didn't eat very well either. Friday night the only thing I ate was some buttered macaroni because my stomach was still not right. So that wasn't too too bad. I had oatmeal Saturday morning, a small mac and cheese from Wawa for lunch, super delishhh salad before the bar, about 85 drinks AT the bar lol, and then pigged out on hummus and pita chips AFTER the bar. So..in all honesty, I probably wasn't even over my points for the day and definitely not over my extra points. Thank you stomach flu!! Sunday wasn't too bad either...and I didn't eat after dinner so yea...

I am DETERMINED to get to the gym every single day this week. The last two weeks have been absolutely insane as far as snow storms, stomach flus, and god knows what else. I haven't been to the gym for more than two days straight in WEEKS. So that's my goal this week. Five days at the gym..including the weekend.

I got an email from my friend in Iraq telling me he enjoyed the chocolate chip cookies I sent him and that he shared with the guys in his platoon. It made me feel really good and I'm going to make more to send over at some point this week. I'm surprised they lasted/made it in one piece over there, actually. The challenge? Not to eat half the batch as I'm making them. :)

1. Shakespeare ;)
2. Insoles that make dress shoes comfortable
3. Fat Free Cheese! lol.

Didn't have the greatest weekend. Could have done considerably better...but I could have done considerably worse, too. Going to the gym tonight and I don't think I'm going to lift like I usually do on Tuesdays. That always makes me retain water and I definitely don't want to do that for my weigh in tomorrow. Although, I weighed in Thursday of last week so maybe I'll wait until Thursday again...

Had two donuts today, GROSS. I didn't eat breakfast bc I was late (biiiig mistake) and they were sitting there in the library during the monthly library party type thing. Sooo...yea. Oh well, gotta make smart choices the rest of the day and work out for extra time tonight. I just want to have SOME kind of loss this week. Anything at all I will be content with!


Three Things I'm Grateful for Today:
1. Those butterfly feelings I get when I have an email that I've been waiting for.
2. Looking forward to this weeeekend!
3. Having a mother who will make extra dinner so I can take some to work the next day in order to avoid all the sodium. :)

Hmm...I feel good about this weekend. Well, that's a lie. I feel like it's going to be a disaster emotionally. However, I am determined NOT to make bad food choices. Last night I was feeling sorry for myself and made peanut butter toast and milk. After I ate it I didn't feel "comforted" or whatever I was looking for...I felt disappointed that I did. (Probably bc my somehow-all-knowing roommate from college called me and yelled at me.Sigh.)

I've been making better food choices, though, and eating almost nothing after dinner. I've been packing my lunch a LOT better so I haven't been eating frozen meals and cans of soup with tons of sodium. I also haven't eaten out in over a week and don't plan on doing so any time soon. Hopefully this will all pay off and I'll be able to get my acyrlic nails next week! Wooo.

One thing I need to work on, though, is drinking more water! When I'm busy at school I tend to forget..so I need to work on that!

Hope everyone has a good weekend and a good singles awareness day! lol.

1. Tylenol PM for sore muscles
2. Snowdays and hot chocolate
3. Spending a whole day doing laundry! Woooo.
