Ankle has healed (ha, get it). Back to running, finished my log run of the week at 8 miles and some change. ☺️ 10 Miler is in 4 weeks and I don't feel ready to come anywhere near my goal yet. 😬

In a blah mood. I haven't ran since Sat, my ankle is still swollen and tight! getting better everyday but putting me in a righteous mood, let me tell you. 😑

Finished my second triathlon today! Sprint distance - I did better on the bike and run. I'm very happy about the run. It was hilly and I managed a decent pace (still can't get under 30 off the bike). I placed first in my age group! I'm also 8th overall on the Strava segment for the race course! I don't place in strava segments very often. 😁 friends were there again cheering us on and taking evidence. Gosh I love endurance sports! I did smack the top of my foot diving in the water, it was still too shallow when I tried. My ankle is sore now, I'm hoping some ice and TLC will make it good by Monday. I have a 10 miler in 5 weeks!

Still climbing. I stopped recording for a week or two since too much stuff going on. Back to recording as of yesterday 😬
My sprint Tri is this weekend 💪 looking forward to it. I'm hoping to pace myself better this time. I got in a 7.5 run last weekend which felt good. One month and a week until my 10 miler.

Keeping up the burning a bunch of calories in the AM 💪 I just finished my long run and I'm beat. My quads are definitely sore from yesterday's bike. Looking forward to an easy day tomorrow! and getting to sleep in 😏
