Having burned 1500 calories before 11 AM qualifies as a good day. I finished another 31 mile bike ride this morning. I'm really hoping the longer distances on the bike help with running, because my foot gets mad if I try to do over 4x a week. It's been becoming so far, only sore usually after or later in the day. let's hope it stays that way or gets better 🤞
Anyone have any fun plans this weekend? I have a run tomorrow and then Monday I'll be making some pepper jelly from home grown peppers 😋

Not feeling good today. I've already eaten more than I can count so there goes that. Rest of the day might be ok.

I recorded everything yesterday... Though I maybe wish I hadn't? I took pup to the vet and he's got some age related problems and will need to be on meds the rest of his life. Hopefully a nice long one. He turns 9 in a few months. It sucks the day something happens and you realize your pet is getting old. Until then, you kind of forget they won't live forever. I lost my first dog in 2020 and even that still seems recent. To sum that up, I ate a lot of junk last night. It didn't help of course, but it was kind of nice to just be a bum and watch tv while feeding my face. I attached a pic for you though YOH 😁 He really is my heart.
Back on track today. I even made up for some of it with a 30 (thirty!) Mile bike ride. It tired me out, and I'll for sure fall asleep reading more than once today. What are y'all up to today?

Recorded all the food again yesterday 💪
I actually got up to go swimming this morning. Normally on Fridays I say screw it and go back to sleep. The bagels were extra incentive. Did a short run before the swim since I'm biking tomorrow. I have to take the pup to the vet later, but hopefully after that the rest of the day is relaxing.Any fun plans for the weekend?
