I was hungry and stomach growling even before my workout. So I ate a small breakfast and had an appetite most of the day. I suppose it's from caloric depletion between 30 minute circuits and HIITS and averaging 1,000kcals per day.

It makes total sense, considering my husband has intermittently fasted longer than I've known him. He skips breakfast and fasts 24 hours until after he lifts weights on Saturdays. Everyone asks why and how he does it because he has repeatedly won multiple elite world records n the World Association of Bench and Dead Lifting Federation, AKA WABDL... It's just something he's always done it... Go figure!

I had a high carb day while out with friends again and help them move. The only options on the menu were brats, and I was hungry enough to eat the bun, too. Same with the hamburger, but I still only consumed 840 ckals despite the high carbs. I think I gained weight from all the salt because I woke up thirsty and didn't have the initial need urinate like I normally do. Time to hydrate and IF.
I wonder what it will take to maintain my goal weight once I reach it. Besides exercise, intermittent fasting, low carb, and keeping my daily calories below 1300 the rest of my life. I think IF and low carb is easier because you don't have to track calories as closely, and I tend to consume under 1300ckals per day with it.
