Well I hope you all survived the Holiday Season!! ... Still awaiting New Years =)
I was very proud of myself, I did exceptionally well with my food and had NO Alcohol Intake, which is really impressive since my mom gives us all a homemade bottle of wine and apple pie and has wine, and apple pie and tequila and vodka available for all of our favorite drinks before, after and during dinner!!! ;c)
I didn't get everything that I wanted for Christmas, lol but I did get a lot that I am sooo very Thankful for!!! A lot of gifts were from the heart and had meaning, and others were to help me along this new lifestyle I have chosen (except for my food scale - which I will be purchasing today hehehe).
I got to see all my siblings which was WONDERFUL and my entire family on my Mom's side, including my 12 day old cousin Oooohhh BABIES Love them!!!!!
I got my son to believe in Santa for another year =)

I am glad you enjoyed your Christmas, and GOOD ON YA for sticking to your plan.
It is really sad when the kids stop believing in Santa...Christmas loses some of its magic.

Yes Mamma it does lose some of it's magic, and I told my son the true meaning and the story of how Santa became and he understands the real meaning and story. When he does "stop" believing he will always now it was the MEANING behind it that matters =)

LOL Thanks Dani!!! It felt sooo good having everyone notice my hard work! It has definitly paid off and YES you are the reason in which I started this. I got the movie Eclipse, a bath & body set with like 5 things all in the same set, and the sweater I was wearing xmas day... and he wants to get me a nice pj and robe set from Victoria Secrets.... eeehhh I am tempted to tell him I don't want the robe set, to get me the Food Scale, the ONLY thing I asked him for. Lol... but he already pointed out for me I didn't get him what he wanted (a frickin 6 pack of beer) grr... LOL That isn't a xmas present thats a daily thing!!

I didn't mean that I was the reason you started! I'm just mad I don't have the determination you do! I was proud I didn't drink at Terri's house either, got sloshed at Moms with her wine... haha! LOL all he wanted was beer, so low maintenance! He is nuts, You can take my lettuce spinner back and get a scale, I got it at Bed Bath and Beyond.
