I got so sick on Monday, and everything kinda went out of the window. I'm starting to feel better, however, and am looking forward to my usual walks. As an aside, I'm sticking on Phase One Until I get down to 200.

I have only gathered bits and pieces of what phase I is all about, but it seems really tough! if you can stick to it for several months, that's amazing!!

Aw, sorry you were/are sick, that always makes me want to eat junk food and lounge around all the time! Hope you're feeling better!
