I'm Alexandra, but everyone calls me Alex. I am the mother of 4 lovely girls 15, 14, 11 and 9.

I used to figure skate competitively and then coach. I stated University as a voice major, but then switched to Medical Dietetics and accidentally met my husband!

I adore cooking so Atkins was the choice for me, plus I did the Scarsdale diet as a teen and found out that the high protein, low carb worked more me. Recently due to medications, I have put on too much weight and really NEED to get it off as it is affecting my everyday functioning. I really hope I can reach my goals with the help and support that it seems runs rampant here!
