I am 29 married to love of my life, we have a beautiful 3 year old little girl who has soooooo much energy!!! I have had weight problems most of my life but now that my daughter is 3 i don't have the energy to keep up with her which sucks, i have never tried any type of diet but i have heard alot of good things about the SBD and thought i would try it. I am sooooo HAPPY to have found this site cause i know i need the support, my husband supports me but i would like to talk to people who are going through the same thing as me!! So i really look foward to doing this and hope it works!!!
