we are starting our biggest loser at work on tuesday. so right now it is about cutting down on portion sizes and eating healthier. excercising is a little tough but i start physcial therapy for my foot next week...so that will help me head in the right direction. i probably won't win, but i am going to work hard at developing a healthier lifestyle. one that includes, exercise and healthy food... walking daily, eating fruits and vegies for snacks and stuff. paying attention. taking care and meditating. being a little more present. i want to keep things at work to snack on and eat so i have choices when i am there. and i won't splurge on junk food. and when i have 15 minutes head outside for a little walk. i can do this....no sweat...or lots of sweat. and a half marathon in june.

ok...its january 1st. it is saturday. starting on monday i will count calories and keep it under 1200.because i have broken my foot the exercise thing won't be so great. but i am going to keep strict track of my calories, like i did in the beginning of last year and i am going to lose the 6 i gained and then some. and i am going to do a half marathon in june. this i know for sure. i am going to do this. i promise myself. these are the things i am going to do for myself this year. i will get down to 130 and i am going to run a half marathon in june and a 5 k every month after that. easy enough.
i am going to eat better and healthier.
i am going to not have a headache.
i am going to have more energy.
i am going to do these things just for me.
it will work
i will have the body i want.

10 percent of my body weight is 13.8 pounds which puts me at 124 pounds... almost my goal weight...very interesting. i am working hard and struggling but i am trying to do this. i am going to go for a walk/jog in a little while. i swear i am. i swear i am i swear i am. i also need to work in bethenys room today and also fold laundry and clean this house a bit. and that is moving around and ddoing stuff.... i can do this i know i can. work has been tough but i can face this challenge and do what needs to get done. i really can.
