PLUS...the song "I Still Get That Same Old Feeling" was representative of my feelings about FOOD!!!! EVEN though I have RELEASED (thanks SugarWaffle for sharing that phrase!) RELEASED 188 pounds since Feb. 2009, I still have some
UNHEALTHY feelings/attitudes about FOOD. BUT the GREAT news is...I am NOT compelled to ACT on those feelings. With God's grace, meal PRE-Planning, YOUR Support, and some personal RESOLVE: I can OVERCOME those feelings AND have healthy choices and ACTIONS!!!! Keep on Climbing, Dear Buddies!!!! We can OVERCOME our feelings and our PAST negative choices!!!! Have a MILLION DOLLAR weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

About time:-)....FYI ...I will be gone on a business trip until
Friday...so I will read what y'all post but will not be posting journals

Let us ALL make today another "THROWAWAY THURSDAY" !!!! Throw away ALL of the junk food in the house. Throw away ALL of the HURTFUL things people have said about your weight and/or appearance across the years..
.MOST IMPORTANTLY, please throw away all of the "faulty" ("stinking thinking" ...Zig Ziglar) that has kept us from having a HEALTHY relationship with food.
So lets THROW it AWAY...we do NOT need it any longer!!!

Today's weigh-in is PROOF (I DOUBT that any ONE of us needed it!! :( PROOF that one day OFF PLAN can OFFSET Six days ON PLAN...I had 95-100% EVERY DAY but ONE this past week...(Friday)...BUT...just ONE cheat day take MOST of us OUT of FAT BURNING MODE (My FS Buddy Frosty Heimdall convinced me of this!! Thanks, Buddy)...Plus I did not have an OVERALL increase my exercise. RE-FOCUS...RE-LOAD....RE-Commit...this is a New Day and a New Week...and Yes, this is an ULTRA-Marathon (not a sprint)...See y'all on the mountianside...Keep Climbing!!!!!!
PS: I'm gonna post IN RED until I get BELOW my next mini-goal (320)...Surgeon visit on 6/30...I am soooo tempted to call and re-schedule BUT that is NOT good accountability, NOR a good example...so I will stay the course there as well :(
