I went on a 2 hour walk today, but an hour and 15 mins in my left hip started hurting then the right, but the left hit was hurting the worse. I ended up having to slow down an hour and a half in and basically limped back to my vehicle. That's what I get from being hard headed. The Dr told me to walk only an hour and like always I pushed myself and now my body is sick of me and pushing back. Tomorrow I will only walk an hour. On another note, I'm enjoying this time off of work. I'm less stressed, I'm staying hydrated, I'm exercising more. It got me thinking and I don't think I'll be in the ER much longer. Next year I'm going to look into other options. I'm tired of having a stressful job on top of stressful life, not able to drink much at work, we don't get a lunch and this job is just destroying my body physically, emotionally and mentally. I'm going to look into options of maybe leaving bedside nursing and do something outpatient, but I still need to get paid descent.

my weight is staying the same, which isn't bad. I would really like to know where my body fat percentage is at. I may look into getting one of those metabolic scales.

I went to the gym and did upper body only, except shoulders. It's so frustrating that I can't do all the exercises or go heavy. I felt so weak. My arms was shaking. I was so mad, because it's like how do I get deconditioned in almost 2 wks. I had to realize my body has been through a lot with the cardiac ablation and now the spinal manipulation. I used pauses and went slow with the weight. I went walking for 2 hours and my lower back was hurting intermittently, but it was mainly my upper back that was hurting. I'm going to get back at it and stay consistent like I was before all this, so I can get my strength back up.
