I am trying out a week of someone elses Cohens diet to give me a jump down with my weigh ins. I did this once before and lost 5 kilos in the week. First day was yesterday, this morning lost 1 kilo, yay! I will do this until Friday and then back onto my own low fat high protein version of Atkins.

I have been OUT OF CONTROL. So disapointed to put 10 kilos back on. Very stressed with family crap. Not going to allow it to ruin my goals any longer. Had a chat with hubby and we are on a mission to lose weight (he will stop smoking) and concentrate on ourselves. Stop getting involved in everyone elses s**t.
Mini goal - 4 kilos in 2 weeks (09 july)
10 kilos in 8 weeks (27 august)

I so badly want to get under 110 kilos which is where I seem to get stuck all the time! Today I promise myself to get on the exercycle for at least 25mins. Food good today and yesterday (although did have some cheese). I didnt weigh yesterday for fear of the previous cake damage but will weigh tomorrow.

Okay so yesterday was a write off! Shopping with girlfriends cake for lunch and then just eating whatever at night.
Today I had big protein breakfast and will stick to the plan.
Thinking maybe I can have one 'cheat' meal a week. Then I need to get straight back on track but maybe if I can do this I wont feel like I am missing out too much. With Mothers Day coming up this weekend I am going to try out my theory. Good all week then 'cheat' meal sunday lunch. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.....

Yay!, dropped 1+ kilos already, I know it will be mostly (or all) water but it is good motivation to keep on. I think I did really well yesterday, no dairy still, and today I am going to cook some sliced chicken breast to snack on. I do love having an apple a day so hopefully I can continue with that amount of carbs daily.
Will weigh again on Sunday - two days from now.
