I knew I had put on weight last week! Damn it.. Never mind about that this is a new challange. Paleo, low carb no dairy. I am beginning to see how much dairy I ate. Its scary. Now I have to replace dairy with veges which I dont love that much, better for me though. I will stick under 50 carbs a day for 1 week see how I go, I may have to do less as I think I am very carb sensitive.
Really want to lose 15 kilo over next two months. Or 10 even!

Weighed today, same as 3 days ago, bummer...
Anyway I will not be put off or distracted by this, keep on eating properly, will put down everything I eat in the diary and keep on with the exercise, it has to work eventually!
Mini goal - lose 5 kilos end of May, 5 weeks away.
Definately do-able.
Blinkers on ... ready to go!

Okay, after being away carb binging I am now back and on track. Started on my exercycle again, yay! and cutting out all sugar.
Two weeks ago when I was cleaning out my clothing I found 3 diaries from previous years gone by. All of them were food diaries, writing down everything I ate and my weight in all of them was about the same as I am now. That was really depressing. I just made me think about how much time and effort goes into trying to lose and all I do is go round and round. Not this time, I am determined to get to 100 kilo in the next 3 months. But first a 5 kilo loss is my mini goal.
Tried the Paleo for two days, I missed my dairy! Sorry I will stick to Atkins

Not feeling well today, very sick tummy, just felt like eggs.
Will have plain chicken for tea.

I am so hungry today, not sure what is going on, have drunk plenty of water, but have over eaten carbs by 4, probably not too bad, have stayed under calories, but still...
Will do better tomorrow :) because I can.
