After a fall off the wagon I am back on track and restarting with phase 1. I am so ashamed of myself for letting myself get OFF the diet and GAIN!! I was back up to 280!! :( But I stopped before it got too out of hand and I am back on track!! :)

I have done the same thing. Before i knew it, i had gained back 12 lbs. We can do it girly!!
