Found a great folding stool for my electronic drumset, so have been setting up everything to 'growed up' height. Apparently 1 hour of drumming = 800-1000 cal/hr, I am no where near that yet. It has been around 20 years since I even touched a drumstick (except ones from Chickens) and WOW am I ever rusty!!! I feel like a rookie again... gonna try for 20 minutes/day for now. Using a sheet as a dust cover for now, it's a black set of drums, so dust gets ugly fast.. will have to hit my fave fabric store, to see what they have, that I can sew into a proper cover.

Edema is acting up, so am still in the 118's... Will be going full on Carnivore diet tomorrow... well today at dinner actually, but tomorrow will be the first full day of Carnivore meal planning... at least to the best of my understanding so far... more to learn yet.

After a bit of searching, I found out that Pepto Bismol messes with urine testing... this would explain why my Urinalysis Ketone test strips, are not showing if I am in Ketosis. Oh well, the scale will tell I guess... not that hung up on it, that I would move to blood test strips... will try to get in to see a Physician this week about my stomach. Suspecting it is H Pylori, I tried bombarding it with yogurt and shelf-stable pre/pro-biotics, but it did nothing after almost two weeks. This has been going on for several months now, it's well entrenched into my stomach lining. So in between meals, Pepto Bismol is now my tummy buddy... I have been watering it down by 20%, to keep from gagging on it though... it's a bit too much like trying to swallow liquid Plaster otherwise. I think once I finish off the Baby Bok Choy salad, I am going full on Carnivore for a while... I get more blood tests for the Bariatric Physician and Dietician in Dec, so will see what difference it makes... if any.

Constructed another bigass Baby Bok Choy/Taco Salad... had a small taster, it was SO yum I had 2 more 'tasters'... I hate when I make something so yum, I can't resist it, I think the extra diced Habenero Pepper helped... it already had 6 diced Thai Chilies in it.
Last night I had this topped with 85g of fried Tandoori Tenderloin Pork pieces breaded in unsweetened Coconut crumbs... I'll be doing that again soon... like tonight... but this time, the Pork has been marinating in my Smoked Paprika mix, instead of my Tandoori spice mix. I would be tempted to market my mixes in small batches, but the food industry is more hoops than I feel like jumping... been there done that.
