Seems staying just under 1000 cal/day is a maintain level... it fluctuates 200g, but at least it is now stable. Will have to drop portion sizes, and see how the metabolism responds... fat intake may be a bit high, so my system may be using it, instead of burning my stored (ample) reservoir of blubber. The Bariatric Physician says it may be due to my sleep apnea, which I will find out more about, near the end of this month. BP is 120/74... pulse rate 75 bpm.

I blew over my carb intake last night at dinner... neighbour brought me a twice baked russet potato with Cheese. I thought it would be a nice treat, but I honestly did not enjoy it. I have not had any potatoes in over 4 months... seems I like the baked skin, but not the potato itself... either way it wasn't worth the carbs... lesson learned.

Today I think I will take one of my my Bass Guitars into L&M, and trade it for a set of electronic drums... that will be the last piece I need to complete my recording setup... then figure out how to cable it all into the mixer... yeesh... figure I best get the guitar deal done before the weather shifts, since I have to transport it on my Mobility Scooter.

Currently watching The Return of the Pink Panther... I like a laugh to start my day... so started out with some vintage Scooby Doo cartoons.

Just built 1.633kg of Baby Bok Choy salad... that's 6 x 275g of salad @ 180cal per 275g serving. Later I'll saute some shaved Brussels Sprouts, with minced Red Thai Peppers in unsalted butter, and perhaps some sliced fresh Cremini Mushrooms... if I feel like going out... which right now I do not, but that may change.
Need to make some more Keto Bread too... LOVE that stuff... although technically it isn't bread, it's more like a durable, very thin Omelette. 3 Eggs, 185g plain Greek yogurt, 120g shredded cheese, I usually use Marble Cheddar. Pre-heat oven to 215c, spread mixture out on parchment paper in a baking pan, then into the oven for 25 minutes... check at 20 min in case you have a hotter oven. I used an Herb and Garlic Cheese, and it was fabulous... there are plenty of flavour mods you can do with this. This makes 9 pieces once cut, about 60mm thick... 65 Cals, 4g Fat, 1g Carb, 6g Prot per slice.
