Hit 50 pounds lost since the middle of August 2018. I consider 385 as my starting weight.
Before I started, my last weight measurement was 375 and I know I had gained weight since that time because I almost could not fit in my largest sized pants which fit me well at 375.
I didn't measure my weight for a few weeks because I didn't want to face the reality of what my weight actually was.
Keto and IF (16/8) are now pretty easy for me to follow. It took a few weeks of adjustment but now it is no problem. I do not have overwhelming cravings. Seeing the weight go down is quite motivating.
one of my main goals is to get my fasting blood glucose levels lower. It is still high in the mornings, between 100 and 120 most mornings even with keeping with less than 20 carbs a day.
However, it looks like recently (last 2 weeks) it has taken a step down as now it is more in the 100 to 110 range instead of between 110 and 120. So I feel progress is being made.
One of the main things for me is to make sure I am taking in electrolytes. If I don't, I get muscle cramps. I have tried a few things but what works is a product called 40000 Volts. Just add a few drops of that to my water (which I now drink a lot of) throughout the day and I don't have any issues.
Looking forward to reporting the next 50 pounds lost.

Weight still cruising downward. Getting back to a routine of IF (16/8). Can really tell it's working since I need to make sure I take in electrolytes or else I quickly develop cramps.
