Recovering from Dumping Syndrome. Fasting is good for us, however if we do too much of it, it can lead to Dumping Syndrome. This is due to the decreasing amounts of Gut Bacteria. 🥴

After doing some number crunching, I found out the Department of Defence BMI is the most accurate because the calculation uses the Waist the Height ratio to determine the overall Fat mass. The calculation uses the waist circumference of 40 inches for men and 35 inches for Women to make a cut off point at 28% Body Fat, which is the percentage of class 1 Obesity.
I have 2 lbs/1kg remaining to make an acceptable 38 lbs/17.23 kg. Let's do this!

Waste to Hip Ratio: 1.02
Well, I now use the Body Fat percentages based on my Waist to Height, Waist to Hip and the Department of Justice and, due to my waist size, it's an increase in BMI. I do have a Belly and I aim to lose that because it's a precursor to Health issues. My new goal is 155 lbs and this is to see if my WTHe and WTHi would change.

Broke my 48 Hour Fast with a bowl of Broccoli, Kimchi, Apple, Pineapple & Orange with Filipino Shrimp Paste for dipping and Chicken Soup. The Kimchi and Salted Shrimp Paste is mostly for Gut Bacteria.
